Shipping policy

Order Cutoff Time: 4 pm (GMT+8)

Order Handling Time: 0-2 days (Mon.-Fri. GMT+8)

USA Transit Time: 3-7 days (Mon.-Fri. GMT+8)

Canada Transit Time: 5-15 days (Mon.-Fri. GMT+8)

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays

Shipping within the contiguous United States is free, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa. For Canada, shipping for orders under 11 lbs is $6.99 USD, and for orders over 11 lbs, it is $11.29 USD.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers can take up to 4 to 6 days to generate. You can track your number at TRACK YOUR ORDER. If you still don’t get tracking at that time, please contact us.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address.
  2. Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
  3. Ask neighbor or family members if they accepted the package.
  4. Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.
